Wensheng Boxing is a rare internal martial arts practiced in Shandong province. Created in the 17th century, its movements are combined with Taoist breathing methods; its spiral movements are based on the meridian theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The practice of the style allows to further develop and fully demonstrate inborn abilities of human body.
